Michael Cannell works with businesses and business owners on a wide range of corporate matters. Mike works closely with clients throughout the United States, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions transactions. In addition to M&A matters, Mike advises corporate clients with respect to legal entity structuring, recapitalizations, partnership issues, employment and compensation, key commercial contracts and other business issues.

Mike also provides corporate services for real estate investors, counseling clients with respect to structuring, negotiating and closing joint ventures, private offerings and other real estate investment transactions.

Whether advising with respect to big-picture planning and strategy or negotiating complex transactions, Mike blends a sophisticated legal skillset with a pragmatic approach to solving problems that centers the client’s specific needs and goals.
